Garrett's first Math : subtract at 4
Over the weekend I was surprised to find out that Garrett was able to do subtract.
+ Saturday morning his dad took him to Flee market because Cameron needs a pair of sunglasses. Garrett brought home a car. I told him he waste of my money, we can not buy him toys every time we go to store, we need the money to buy food. He put his five fingers up and count "one, two, three, four, five". I have five money and put one finger down said I used one to buy car, still have 4 left to buy food. He said Daddy bought new sunglasses and he did not. He wear old sunglasses that he has to save money.
+ In the afternoon, On the way to store, I gave Garrett a container with about 15 gold fish crackers. I said you can have some but save four for Noah. So he took some and gave me back the container. I said "It is not 4, it is only 3. Count". Then he counted and saw only three. So he put all of the craker he has back to the container and count again. "One, two, three, four, five". As soon as he reach the number 5, he ate that one. At the end, he gave me back container with 4. I said "Good job!" :) funny.
+ Now Noah loves to push button on TV. Garrett sits on the couch to watch TV. Noah keeps stand next to TV and push the power button.
"OFF" : TV turn off. Garrett starts scream :) No, baby. Dont push button.
Then Noah push again, then TV
"ON": TV turn on. he laugh :).
Then he did it again and again made Garrett so mad :). I said he does not understand. You have to do something cover the button so he can not push. He went around look for some little toy put next to the button. Noah went there push all of them off :). Eventually Garrett has to push his little lazy boy next the the TV button. That works! Noah can not get to those buttons anymore :) Garrett laugh and told me. That works Mom :)
